No.

Our apprenticeship programs are 12-36 months long, depending on the pace you are comfortable progressing at.
What is the start date for the Apprenticeship Program?
All our apprentices start with us at the beginning of September each year.
How much will I earn if I am successful in joining the Apprenticeship Program?
We provide salary information when we reach the offer stage of the selection process. We can confirm that our salaries for the Apprenticeship Program are highly competitive, and include a comprehensive benefits package and study program (where relevant to your role).

APPLICATION

How do I apply to the Apprenticeship Program?
We ask all candidates to apply online via our website. We cannot receive individual CVs and covering letters through the post or via email.
When can I make an application?
From November. We recruit on a rolling basis so we would suggest you apply as early as possible as we may close for applications before this deadline if we fill all our vacancies.
Can I apply to more than one Apprenticeship Program?
No, we are only able to consider one application per candidate per recruitment cycle.
I really want to work for Willis Towers Watson but do not meet your minimum requirements, can I still apply?
Unfortunately we cannot progress applications that do not meet our minimum requirements, as we have to be fair and consistent to all candidates who apply. However, we may have other roles that are suitable for you. Explore our opportunities
Do I need to submit a cover letter or personal statement?
No. You will be asked to provide the details that you would normally include in your cover letter or personal statement as part of the application process.
What is the application process for the Apprenticeship Program?

There are several stages you need to go through to complete a successful application for one of our Apprenticeship Programs:

Apply online → Online Testing → Video Interview → CV Screen → Assessment Centre
When will you hold Assessment Centers?
We run our Assessment Centers between February and May each year.
I have missed the deadline for applications. Is there any chance you will still receive my application?
We are a growing and ever-changing business, so it’s always worth keeping an eye on our website for new opportunities. Sometimes, we may even reopen applications for apprenticeship programs after the main deadline has passed.
Can I apply again if I have previously been unsuccessful?
We always welcome qualified applicants for any position, and are glad to consider people who have previously applied. We do, however, ask you to only submit one application per position and per recruitment cycle. If you wish to reapply for a position during the following cycle, you must complete a new application. Please note that you will need to demonstrate how you have broadened your experience and skills since submitting your original application.
