The Role

Love your work.  As a Communication and Change Management Analyst, you will work beside some of the industry’s top consultants while developing cutting edge technical knowledge and skills. 

You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments that will draw on your imagination, creativity and exceptional writing skills, as well as your ability to analyze information, develop conclusions and present content through clear, well-written communication in a variety of media formats. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise while you benefit from more structured learning opportunities that are tailored to the business area you join.

You will partner with consultants on client projects across multiple industries and HR areas through:
  • Create, write, edit and deliver effective and appropriate internal communication materials for clients in various media
  • Conduct, synthesize and analyze employee research (e.g., focus groups, employee surveys)
  • Contribute to the development of cutting-edge media and technology strategies
  • Analyze human resource and business processes, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Partner with experienced consultants to present and implement communication and change management strategies
  • Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes
  • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels

Job Requirements

The Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Journalism or Human Resources, and a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Work experience that demonstrates strong writing and/or client service skills (analyst type of internship preferred)
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
