The Role
 
The Head of Cyber will be a part of the Cyber Core Team focusing on the sales and commercialization strategy within GB. The role requires the candidate to take responsibility for connecting WTW clients with the appropriate colleagues across the segments/LOBs. The candidate will act as a representative of the cross-segment integrated Cyber offering in GB whilst also being responsible for identifying new opportunities and areas of growth.
 
Principal Accountabilities
  • Conduct Risk: To put the interests of clients and the integrity of the market at the heart of the way you do business
Major accountabilities
  • Ensure the identification and effective exploitation of account penetration and cross selling opportunities within the client / prospect base. Determine client development priorities
  • Support and manage large RFP’s, including debriefs and retention reviews
  • Executing upon the global sales and commercialization strategy within the GB geography
  • Working across segments to identify opportunities and demand
  • Localization of the global marketing & communication strategy
  • Working with strategic partnerships at a local level
  • Identifying local talent
  • Large client engagement/interaction
  • Ensuring coordination across WTW segments for tender/RFP responses
  • Pipeline, revenue and cost tracking across segments within GB
Minimum Criteria & Skills (including education & licenses)
Qualifications:
  • Educated to a degree, or MBA level (or country equivalent)
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Cyber security qualifications desirable
Experience/requirements:  
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Cyber Risk Management and resiliency and its markets, in order to identify and deal effectively with a broad range of client needs
  • Strong knowledge of strategic account development and appropriate tools to achieve this aim
  • Ability to extensively network account contacts, ideally both in major and mid-market prospects with a high level of success and professionalism
  • Proven ability to coach and lead senior executives to greater standards of performance, enhancing the support and motivation of the team
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with initiative, drive and enthusiasm
  • First-rate communication and 'people skills' Good planning and organisational skills
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Good IT, budget and report writing skills.
  • Proven track record in Sales and Client Engagement
  • Knowledge and understanding of GB and global marketplace
