The Business

The Tender & RFP Team is responsible for identifying and analyzing tenders, and preparing all the essential documentation in order to participate to them. The team is therefore responsible to follow all the steps from the technical requests, to the economic and administrative ones, ensuring that there are no breaches with the law.

The Role

We are looking for a Tender Specialist, who will be responsible for drafting the biddings and commercial offers, aligned with the different Business Functions to meet the tenders’ requirements, and with the Legal Office for the validation of all the documents.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

  • Research new tenders;
  • Analyse the tenders’ requirements, identifying the criticalities compared to the law and to the technical and economic characteristics;
  • Prepare, in accordance with the tenders’ requirements, all the material and, where necessary, update the administrative documents and declarations indispensable for the bid, strictly respecting the deadlines and in accordance with Company's directions;
  • Handles all the administrative and economic parts of the tender, creates the technical portion of it.

Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience


  • 3/5 Years of working experience, specifically in this field
  • Excellent legal and administrative competences, with particular reference to the current public and private procurement laws, necessary for the preparation of documents and forms
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in English
  • Preferred Degree in Law or similar
  • Preferred knowledge of InDesign to create the documents requested for the tenders


  • Proven track record of delivering high results within very strict deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • High level of precision and reliability
  • Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
