The Role

As a Rewards Senior Analyst, you will work beside some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills, as well as project and client management capabilities. 

 Our projects range in scope from specific solutions (e.g., base pay program design, job evaluation, incentive design, pay-level benchmarking, goal-setting methodology development, performance management program design, custom surveys) to broad cross-LOB engagements such as total rewards strategy and total rewards optimization.

You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall consulting expertise while you benefit from more structured learning interventions that are tailored to the business area you join.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

People

  • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams

Clients

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking analyses of compensation levels as well as program design and other rewards practices utilizing the range of TW data, tools and processes.
  • Perform industry and financial research related to compensation strategy and program design
  • Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses of alternative designs
  • Participate in the design of  broad based employee salary and incentive plans, both annual cash and long-term equity-based plans
  • Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes
  • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels

Financial

  • Meet chargeable hours targets 
  • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by assisting with proposals and other business development efforts

Excellence

  • Develop technical knowledge and skills in rewards and related areas
  • Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations

 

Job Requirements

The Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics or any other major with significant quantitative course work, and a strong academic record
  • 1-3 years of compensation analyst experience, a genuine interest in rewards consulting and experience with the responsibilities detailed above
  • Strong Excel skills are required; Word and PowerPoint experience is a plus
