The Business

Willis Towers Watson Retirement Consultants work closely with all types of clients, including many of the largest and most prestigious pension schemes in the UK, to develop some of the most advanced benefit solutions currently in use.  We combine expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support organisations worldwide in designing, managing, administering and communicating all types of retirement plans.

The Retirement Systems Group (RSG) is a department responsible for building and maintaining software solutions to support the Retirement line of business within the region. As well as developing new products, the group has responsibility for supporting a large portfolio of legacy applications

The Role

The purpose of this role is to provide software and systems support, in a Microsoft centric software development environment, under the general supervision of the Support Manager within RSG.

Administrative aspects to include general support for internal business operations and may include internal client focused support effort. 

Performance Objectives: 

 Excellence

  • Work with and adhere to Service Level Agreements with the business

 People

  • Provide efficient and reliable technical support and technical advice for calls received via telephone, online portal and email.

 Clients

  • Assist colleagues in the Retirement Solutions LOB to make more effective use of systems, products and services.

 Financial

  • Ensure weekly timesheets are completed accurately and on time. 
  • Make initial diagnosis of problems and advise known solutions where applicable.
