Insight Day

Our annual Insight Day is a one-day event where you will have the opportunity to find out more about each of our business areas and meet our consultants. Insight Day is designed for anyone who is either in the first year of a three-year university program or a second year of a four-year university program. It is also for people who are considering a change of career and can only take one day away from their present job to sample a new working environment.

Insight Day is typically held in early April and offers you the opportunity to participate in various interactive exercises. It is intended to give you a hands-on experience of the type of work we do and a full understanding of the skills required to be successful at Willis Towers Watson.

We recruit on a first come, first served basis, and cease accepting applications once all vacancies are filled. Once the application process has opened, please determine which program you would like to apply and submit your application ASAP. Application closing date is January 31.

Apprenticeship Program (U.K.)

Deciding on your next step in life is sometimes a hard choice when you are uncertain of where to go next. Whether you are opting out of the traditional university route or exploring a career change, our apprenticeships offer an attractive route to professional development and continued education.

Our apprenticeships provide you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn, spending 80% of your time fulfilling a real job within one of our business teams and up to 20% of your time attending training to qualify in your field of study.

How we partner with our clients varies across our business segments, but examples of our work include:

  • Advising companies on how to invest their employee pension funds,
  • Defining and securing sufficient insurance cover for our clients’ business operations
  • Enabling our insurance clients to spread their own risk effectively.

These are only a few ways that we support our clients to manage risk and people as a source for growth.
