At Willis Towers Watson, we devote a lot of time and energy to making our internship opportunities the best they can be. Why? We consider interns to be critical. After all, many of our best university hires were once our best interns.
Our internships offers students immediate exposure to actual client assignments through direct hire internships in a specific business area. We look for students anticipating graduation from an undergraduate or Master’s program between December and June who have less than 12 months of relevant business experience.
While internships may vary slightly, each typically runs for six to eight weeks across the summer months in your area of the world. We offer internships within all four of our business segments:

- Investment, Risk and Reinsurance

As a largely project-based business, no two days are the same! We work hard to ensure your time with us is well-planned so that you leave us feeling you’ve actually contributed to client projects and developed your skills further—from project management to communication and presentation skills.
